General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be strictly adhered to:

Original Tags and Packaging:
- The product must be returned with all original tags and labels intact.
- It should be in its original packaging, if applicable.
Unused and Undamaged Condition:
- The item must not show signs of use, washing, wear, or damage.
- Any product returned in an altered, soiled, or damaged condition will not be accepted.
Timely Submission:
- All return or exchange requests must be initiated within the specified time frame (e.g., 5 or 7 days from the date of delivery).
Special Note for Printed T-Shirts:
- Size exchanges are not accepted for printed T-shirts.
- Printed T-shirts are made to order and are considered final sale unless there is a defect in the product.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, the cost of shipping the replacement product will also be charged.
This policy ensures smooth logistics management and fair handling of shipping fees.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Complete the Return/Exchange Form with accurate details, including the product name, your email ID, and phone number.
Verify that the product meets the conditions outlined above.
Submit your request. Once received, our team will review it and provide detailed instructions for returning the item.

Approval and Processing

Once we receive your product, it will be inspected to confirm compliance with the return and exchange policy.
If approved, your refund (minus shipping fees) or exchange will be processed promptly.
